Introduction
Harvard Health Publications branch of Harvard Medical School approached me to lead the redesign efforts of their content licensing platform. Harvard Health Publications is one of the leading providers of health information and research, as well as personalized consulting services. This website serves as the client's portal to all that Harvard Health has to offer.
The Opportunity
Through usability testing and research, HHP concluded that their existing website lacked in two areas: mobile scalability and information architecture.
The Solution
Through a series of wire-framing and rapid prototyping, I was able to locate specific pain-points to the user and create a new interface that features intuitive, user friendly navigation. Here is a list of some of the features that are employed in the new website.
• A homepage with a narrative approach to company mission, available services, website features.
• A new content library archive with a curated approach to articles and media.
• An advanced search that allows the user to personalize search features and filter results
